2024: A Year in Review

19.12.2024

As 2024 draws to a close, we’d like to take a moment look back on the milestones and achievements that have marked our 16th year in practice.

We are proud of the progress made across our projects this year. Some key milestones include:

  • The completion of HUB Victoria, a unique building-on-top-of-a-building, high-tech retrofit standing directly above the platforms at Victoria Railway Station for GAW Capital.
HUB Victoria
  • The site progress of 25 Moorgate, a low-carbon refurbishment and extension to a City of London office building for Barings. The building has been pre-let in its entirety to a global law firm.

  • The construction and pre-let of 11 Waterloo Place, a sensitive renovation of a grade II listed commercial building for the Crown estate.

We also celebrate the meaningful steps we’ve taken to advance equality, diversity, and inclusion within our practice. Some of these include:

  • Our maternity pay has been enhanced to be one of the most competitive in our industry.

  • Participation in the POC in Architecture mentoring programme, including a paid internship for one of the mentees – Dami.

  • Completion of the first year of Build The Way, a programme we co-founded with other practices to offer a nine-month traineeship offering underrepresented individuals an alternative route into architecture. This led to our trainee, Iman, being selected to continue her architectural education via a paid apprenticeship at Grimshaw Architects.

  • In September, we welcomed our new Build The Way trainee, Faith for our second year of participation in the programme

We look forward to seeing what our team will achieve in 2025.
