A Tour of Our Work – 10 Projects in Westminster

25.06.2026

Earlier this month, the Morrow + Lorraine team spent the afternoon walking a route through Westminster and the West End that took in ten past and current projects. We started with lunch on one of the roof terraces we created at HUB Victoria – now renamed Belvedere SW1 by new owners and current client Tishman Speyer – before setting off through Green Park and into Mayfair.

The route took us past Ebury Gate, our deep retrofit project for Grosvenor on Lower Belgrave Street, and then on to some buildings we’ve either completed or are currently working on for BEAM: One Curzon Street, 52 Berkeley Square, 45 Charles Street, and 25 and 28 Bruton Street. Next stop was our Mayfair Quarter scheme, currently on site for Royal London, then 28 St George Street, the new headquarters for Lazari.

Heading into Soho, we paused at 47 Great Marlborough Street – our retrofit of a Georgian townhouse into a mixed-use building with workplace, restaurant and residential. We took a trip down memory lane with a stop outside our old office at 27 Margaret Street before finishing up at 34 Weymouth Mews, our quiet residential project for the Howard de Walden Estate in Marylebone – and, naturally, a few well-chosen pub stops along the way.
