The redesign of 12 Arthur Street included the refurbishment of the lift lobbies and WCs, and the strip-out and refurbishment of the 2nd and 5th floors to a CAT 'A' Standard. The scheme also included re-styling the look and feel of the entrance foyer with new lighting, finishes, signage and a bespoke, Morrow + Lorraine designed, reception desk; re-positioning the building for current and future tenants.
