London, EC2This project involved a complete re-core of the building, a two-storey extension and a remodelled lower register, in addition to a full retrofit bringing the building up to the highest standards of Grade A office accommodation.
The rearranged core allowed the creation of an additional entrance off Coleman Street and a through-route connecting to Moorgate. External space at roof level provides 4000sqft of landscaped terraces, with communal tenant lounge facilities located on the top floor.
The building was fully pre-let prior to completion in 2025.
