7–10 Waterloo Place is a Grade II listed building in the St James’s Conservation Area in the City of Westminster.

The project involved the full refurbishment of the existing office space and common parts, including the creation of an enlarged reception area, an A3 retail unit at ground floor and alterations to the top storey to create a roof terrace.
