The building required an extensive refurbishment work to fulfil its potential and provide high quality office accommodation. The external works included alterations to the windows and entrance; updating the aesthetic whilst improving performance, accessibility and connectivity with the existing streetscape. Internally, the design aesthetic draws from the historic fabric of the building and current characteristics of its location. It utilises both industrial and cost effective materials to ensure that the now completed building is attractive to creative, high value office occupiers, both in the current and future markets.
