The works involved the conversion of the office space on the upper floors to accommodate five new residential units along with a comprehensive refurbishment of the remaining office space to bring it up to modern standards. The shops at ground and basement levels were also reconfigured to provide additional retail frontage to Monmouth Street, with great care taken to preserve the character and appearance of the original shopfront designs.
