One Curzon Street

One Curzon Street is located within the Mayfair Conservation Area and is one of the largest commercial buildings in the West End.

Planning permission has been granted for the modernisation of the existing building entrance on Curzon Street, and a second permission granted for the creation of a new building entrance to Clarges Street and change of use (office to gym).

 

The scheme scope includes the creation of a new shell + core space for a gym and full CAT A refurbishment of the 1st floor office space. Alongside Jo White Design, Morrow + Lorraine have developed the design for the tenant facing areas, including the reconfigured reception, atrium and lift lobby areas. The project is currently on site in its second phase with completion due early 2021.
