A complete refurbishment, remodelled entrance and a roof terrace created.

One three eight Cheapside is in close proximity to Foster Lane and St Paul’s. It is in the setting of St Vedast, a Grade I listed church to the immediate north, and St Paul’s Cathedral to the South-West. It was a purpose-built, 1950’s office building, which was brought up-to-date with the needs of a modern office building, whilst it was partially occupied.

We remodelled the main entrance, reception, lifts and primary stair whilst they received continued daily traffic. The refurbished office floors of three, six, seven and eight, now have increased ceiling heights and provide efficient servicing in a more expressive way. An extensive roof terrace has also been created.
