Weymouth Mews

London, W1

Weymouth Mews lies within the Harley Street Conservation Area to the rear of New Cavendish Street.

This project involves the demolition of an existing building within the curtilage of a Grade 2* listed building and replacement with a new development of 5 residential units spread over four storeys behind a retained façade. The scheme comprises five residential units and includes newly built balconies, landscaped roof terraces and a courtyard at lower ground level.

Full planning application was granted by Westminster City Council in July 2016.
