Full planning consent was granted for external alterations and conversion from D1 Non-residential institution to B1 offices. The works included the renovation of the facade to replace the glazing, the restoration of the original brickwork and shopfront, the design and installation of a bespoke, cast concrete reception desk and the infilling of lightwells to increase the floor area by 1023sqft.
